<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: �hat whereas in an action of partition pend-
<br /> ing in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska wherein Lydia Campbell was
<br /> plaintiff and Bonnie Lea Freeman et al were defendants for the partition of the
<br /> premises hereinafter described, the undersigned referee appointed by said court
<br /> � to �ake partition of said real estate made report in writing duly signed setting
<br /> forth that partition of said lands could not be made without great prejudice to
<br /> the owners thereof tivhich report was duly examined by the court, and the court
<br /> being satisfied therewith approved and confirmed the same and ordered the same
<br /> to be entered of record and directed me as said referee to sell said premises
<br /> for cash, fifteen percent on date of sale and the balance upon confirmation of
<br /> the sale, and directed soch sale to take piace at the north front door of the
<br /> courthouse, and in pursuance of said order, I caused notices to be published in
<br /> the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal ne�spaper printed and in general cir-
<br /> culation in said county that I would offer the real estate hereinafter described
<br /> for sa.le at the north front door of the court house on the 30th day of September,
<br /> 1957 at the hour of 1:30 o'clock p.m. of said day, and at the time and place
<br /> stated in said notices, and after said notices had been published for more than
<br /> thirty days, I offered said land for sale at pubiic auction and sold the same
<br /> to Walter D. Overturf and Vene E. Overturf, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
<br /> and not as tenants in common, for the sum of One Thousand Dollars, they being
<br /> the highest bidders therefore, and afterwards on the 4th day of October, 1957,
<br /> the court approved and confirmed said sale, and by an order directed me as said
<br /> referee to execute to the said Walter D. Overturf and Vene E. Overturf, husband
<br /> and wife, a deed conveying said lands to them as joint tenants and not as tenants
<br /> in common in fee simple, now therefore,
<br /> I, Lioyd W. Kelly, Jr., referee, in consideration of the premises and the ,
<br /> sum of One Thousand Dollars so bid and paid by the said Waiter B. Overturf and
<br /> Vene E. Overturf, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in com-
<br /> mon, and by virtue of the powers invested in me by law, do by these presents
<br /> baryain, grant, sell and convey unto the said Walter D. Overturf and Vene E.
<br /> Overturf, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
