<br /> to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, running thence west along and
<br /> upon the south line of said Dill & Huston's Addition, a distance of 81. 2
<br /> feet, running thence south to the northwest corner of Hospital Addition
<br /> to the City of Grand Island, running thence east along and upon the
<br /> north line of said Hospital Addition, a distance of 81. 2 feet, running
