QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> THIS INDENTURE made this ��� day of July, in the year One

<br /> virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, as GR/�NTOR, and
<br /> C�tiRLES E. TAYLOR of Grand Island, Nebraska, as GRANTEE;
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the Grantor in Consideration of the sum of
<br /> O�e -Dollar ($1.00) to it duly paid, and other valuable considera-
<br /> tion, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised, and
<br /> released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does for itself,
<br /> successors and assigns, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
<br /> such Grantee and to his heirs and assigns forever all of its right,
<br /> title, interest, estate, claim and demand, both at law and in
<br /> equity, of, in and to all of Lot Four (4), in Block Forty-four (44) ,
<br /> in Facker & Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, together with all and
<br /> singular the hereditaments thereunto belonging.

<br /> Charles E. Taylor and his heirs and assigns, so that neither such
<br /> Grantor, nor any person or persons in its name and behalf, shall
<br /> or will hereafter claim and demand any right or title to the said
<br /> premises or any part thereof, but that it and they shall by these
<br /> presents be excluded and forever barred.
