<br /> Vernon R. Chapman of Grand Island, Nebraska, as grantee, WITNE5SETH:
<br /> That the grantor in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, and
<br /> other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these
<br /> presents does for himself and for his heirs, executors and administra-
<br /> tors, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto such grantee Vernon R.
<br /> Chapman, and to his heirs and assigns forever, all of the right, title,
<br /> interest, estate, claim and demand, both at law andFivee(5},Yand�Six
<br /> and to all of Fractional Lots Three (3), Four (4),
<br /> (6), in Fractional Block Seven (7), in Ashton Place, an Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska,

<br /> thereunto belonging.

<br /> R. Chapman and his heirs and assigns; so th� neither Frank C. Ch:apman,

<br /> any part thereof, but that they and everyone of them shall by these
<br /> presents be excluded and forever barred.
