QUITCLAIM DEED
<br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this ��' day of June, i957, between Nancy M.
<br /> Chapcnan, Single, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as grantor, and
<br /> Vernon R. Chapman of Grand Island, Nebraska, as grantee, WITNESSETH:
<br /> That the grantor in consideration of the sum �of One Dollar, and
<br /> other valuable consideration, in h�nd paid, receipt whereof is hereby
<br /> acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these
<br /> presents does for herself and for her heirs, executors and administrators,
<br /> remise, release and foreve quitclaim unto such grantee Vernon R. Chap-
<br /> man, and to his heirs and assigns forever, all of the right, title,
<br /> interest, estate, claira and demand, both at law and in equity of, in
<br /> and to all of Fractional Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), and Six
<br /> (6), in Fractional Block Seven (7), in Ashton Place, an Addition to
<br /> the City of G�and Island, in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska,
<br /> together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br /> thereunto belonging.
<br /> T 0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto such Vernon
<br /> R. Ghapman and his heirs and assigns; so that neither Nancy M. Chapman,
<br /> the said grantor, or any person in her name and behalf, shall or will
<br /> hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the said premises or
<br /> any part thereof, but that they and everyone of them shall by these
<br /> presents be excluded and forever barred.
