<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Ernest W. Augustine,
<br /> ' J�ames S. Chubb and Donald H. Weaver, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> - Nebraska, having been appointed on March 18, 1955, by the District Court
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, as successor trustees under the Last Will and
<br /> Testament of Lloyd H. Faidley, deceased, late of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> which said Will was duly proved and admitted to record in the probate court
<br /> of Ha17. County, Nebraska, on January 7; 1953, and is of record in said
<br /> court, parties of the first part, and Beatty F. Douthit of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, party of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that whereas said Will authorizes and empowers the
<br /> trustees to seli, transfer and convey any and all of the real estate or other
<br /> property without securing an order of the court therefor, and the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and the County Court of Hall County,
<br /> N2braska, having retained concurrent jurisdiction of the trust estate, and
<br /> both courts having entered an order on July 9, 1957, authorizing the sale of
<br /> the premises hereinafter described;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, we, the said parties of the first part, as such
<br /> trustees, in consideration of the premises and the sum of $13, 500. 00 to us
<br /> in hand paid by Beatty F. Douthit, party of the second part, receipt whereof
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, and by virtue of and in execution of the powers to us
<br /> given in and by said Will and the order of said courts and of every other power
<br /> and authority hereunto us enabling, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and con-
<br /> vey unto the said Beatty F. Douthit the premises described as the Southerly
<br /> 88 feet of Lot 5, in Block 107, in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Isiand,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.� To have and to hold the above described premises
<br /> with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said
<br /> Beatty F. Douthit and to his heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby cove-
<br /> nant with the said grantee and with his heirs and assigns that we are lawfully
<br /> seized of said �remises; that they are free from encumbrance, and that we
<br /> have good right and lawful authority to sell the same.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHER.EOF we, the said Ernest W. Augustine, James S.
<br /> Chubb and Donald H. Weaver, trustees, have hereunto set our hands this
