<br /> <::KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, Ernest W. Augustine,
<br /> James S. Chubb and Donald H. W eaver, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, having been appointed on March 18, 1955, by the District Court
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, as successor trustees under the Last Will and
<br /> Testament of Lloyd H. Faidley, deceased, late of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> which said Will was duly proved and admitted to record in the probate court
<br /> of riall Caunty, Nebraska, on January 7, 1953, and is of record in said
<br /> court, parties of the first part, and Iona M. Bly of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, party of the second part:
<br /> WITNESSETH, that whereas said V1i11 authorizes and empowers tlie
<br /> trustees to sell, transfer and convey any and all of the real estate or other
<br /> property without securing an order of the court thereto-r, and the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and the County Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, having retained concurrent jurisdiction of the trust estate, and
<br /> both courts having entered an order on June 3, 1957, authorizin� the sale
<br /> of the premises hereinafter described:
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, we, the said parties of the first part, as such
<br /> trustees, i�z consideration of the prem,ises and the sum of $11, 5G0. 00 to us
<br /> in har�u paid by Iona M. Bly, party of the second part, receipt whereof is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, and by virtue of andin execution of the �owers to us
<br /> given in and by said Will and the order of said courts and of every o�hez•
<br /> pow•e-r and authority hereunto us enabling, do hereby grant, bargain, se��
<br /> and c�nvey unto the said Iona M. Bly the premises described as Lot lU, in
<br /> Block 3, in ��Voodbine Addition to the City of G-rand Island, Hall County,
