<br /> WITAJESSETH: that pursnant to the decree and a�► order of sale
<br /> issu�d in a cause pending in the District Court of the United 3tates
<br /> fo r the District of Nebras�a entitled "Federal National DQortgage
<br /> Xssociation, a corporation", plaintiff, versus Clarence M. Compton
<br /> and Phyllis Compton, et al, defendants, Civil t�ction File No. 60L,
<br /> which order of sale was delivered to me on the lst day of '"`aq, 1957,
<br /> I caused notice to be pn.blished in the Grand Island Daily Independe�t,
<br /> a legal nevrspa.per published in the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, the first publication beinq Maq 7, 1957, follo�ned by pub-
<br /> �.ications on May 14, 21, 28 and June 4, 1957, in which I gave noti ce
<br /> that I would offer for sale and would sell to t he highest bidder for
<br /> cash, at the North front door of the Hall County Court House in t�e city
<br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on June 1�, 1957, the
<br /> following described real estate, to-xit:
<br /> I;ot �nenty-Seven (27) Block One (1), in West Heights Addition
<br /> being the same as Lot Twenty-Seven (27), in West Heiqhts
<br /> tlddition to the city of Grand Island, Idebraska.
<br /> That pursuant to said order of sale and the above described notice,
<br /> I did sell said real estate to Federal ATational Mortgaqe Association,
<br /> a corporation, for the sum of Five Thousand, Nine-Hundred Fifty-'"ine
<br /> Dollars and twenty-five cents ($5,959.25), plus advertising costs in
<br /> the su�a of Tw�ntp-Nine Dollars and Seven Cents (�29.07).
<br /> That said sale was afterwards, on the �day of t,,,,p , 1957,
<br /> dulp exami�ed and confirmed by the court and I was ordered and
<br /> directed to execute and deliver to the purchaser a proper and legal
<br /> co�vepance of the real estate so sold.
