I�a�soR, et al, defer�dants, Civil Action File No. 58L� <br /> which crder of sale svas deli�ered to me on the lst day of �1ay, 1957, <br /> I caused notiae to be pablished in the Grand Island Daily Independent, <br /> a leggl newspaper, published in the citp of Grand Island, Hall Cou�ty, <br /> Nebraska, the first p�blication being May 7, 1957� followed by pub- <br /> lications on May 14, �lr 28, and June 4, 1957, in which I qave <br /> notice that I would offer for sale and would �ell to the highest <br /> bidder for cash, at the North f ront door of the Hall Co�nty Court <br /> House in the city of Grand Island, Nebras�a, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> on June 10� 1957, the folloWing described real estate� to-wi.t: <br /> Lot Fifteen (15), Block One (1) in West Heights Addition,� <br /> being the same as Lot Fifteen (i5), in West Heights Addition, <br /> to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> That pursuant to said order of sale and the above mentioned <br /> notice; I did sell said real estate to Federal National Mortqage <br /> Associationi a corporation� for the stim of Six Thousand� One <br /> Hu�dred Thirty-Eight Dollars and fifty-four cents ($6,138.54), plus <br /> advertisinq costs in the a�ount of �27.93. <br /> That said sale was afterwards, on the �hdap of _Tune , 1957, <br /> duly eaamined and confir�aed by the court and I was orde=ed and <br /> directed to execnte and deliver to the purchaser a proper and legal <br /> conveyance of the real estate so sold. <br />
