<br /> No. l�887 � said Cotart, said Herbert F. Mayer, Trestee, being of the Covnty of Ha11
<br /> and State of Nebraska, pzrty of the first part, and Gerry M. Lvonbard, named Gerald
<br /> M. Lznnbard i.n said Last Will and Testament hereinbefore described, of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall Connty, Atebraska, party of the second part,
<br /> WITNF'P;SSETH: That said party of the first part being the duly appointed, qualified
<br /> and acting Trvstee under the said Last Will and Testament of �izabeth Doll, deceased,
<br /> �rhich Last Will and Testament is of record in the Covnty Court of Hall CoUntp, Netmaska�
<br /> by virtue of the poWer and authority granted and conferred upon him under the said
<br /> Will and in accordance with the proviafons thereaf and the directions to such Trustee
<br /> therein set forth, does by these nresents grant, remise, release, alien, convey and
<br /> confirm vnto the said party of the second part, Gerry M. Linnbard� and to his heirs and
<br /> assigns forever all of the following described tracts� pieces and parcels of land
<br /> situate, lying and being in the County of Hall and the State of Nebraska� to-wit:

<br /> together t�rith all and singvlar the ten�aents� hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> vnto belonging or in airy wise appertaining and also all of the estate, right, title,
<br /> interest, property, possession, claim and demar�d Whatsoever� xhich the said Elizabeth
<br /> Doll had in her lifetime and at the t3me of her decease� and Which the said party o£ -.
<br /> the first part has by virtve of said Last Will and Testament, or otherwise, of� in '
<br /> or to all of the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof, wi.th the
<br /> appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the abave described premises with the apptu�tenances vnto the
<br /> said Gerry 1�. Ltunbard and to his heirs and assigns forever; and the said first part�
<br /> Yor himself, his heirs� executors and administrators does hereby covenant� promise
<br /> and agree to and with the said second party that he is la�rful].,y the Trustee of and
<br /> under the Last Will and Testament'of said Aizabeth Doll� deceased� and of the Trust
<br /> therein created; that he is lawfully seized of said premises; that he has power to
<br /> conveq as aforesaid and has in all respecta acted in making this conveyanct in pur-
<br /> suance of the authority granted him in and by the said Last Will and Testament of
