<br /> and State of Nebraska, party oP the first part, and Laurence Lwnbard, named Lawrence
<br /> Lumbard in said Last Will and Testament hereinbefore described, of Crrand Island,
<br /> Hall Covnty� Nebraska, party of the second part�
<br /> WITNF,.SSETH: That said party of the first part being the duly appointed� qualified
<br /> and acting Trtastee under the said Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Doll, deceased,
<br /> which Last Will and Testament is of recorci in the Cotmty Court oP Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> by virtue of the pawer and authority granted and conferred upon him �mdar the said
<br /> Will and in accordance with the provisions thereof and the directions to such Trustee
<br /> thereiri set forth� does by these presents grant� remise� reZease� alien� convey and
<br /> confirm unto the said party of the second part, Lavrence Lumbard, and to his heirs
<br /> and assigns forever all of the following described tracts, pieces and parcels of land
<br /> situate� lying and being i.n the Cotuity of Hall and the State of Nebraska� to-�i.t:
<br /> The westerly one-half of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot Four (I�)� all in
<br /> Block Three (3) of Wiebe's Addition to Grand Island, in the City of Grand
<br /> Island� Nebraska;
<br /> together with all and �ingular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances there-
<br /> unto belonging or in ar�p wise appertaining and also all of the estate� right� title�
<br /> interest, property� possession� claim and demand Whatsoever� Which the said Elizabeth
<br /> Doll had in her lifetime and at the time of her decease� and which the said party of
<br /> the first part has by virtue oP said Last Will and Testa.aent, or otheruri.se, of� in
<br /> or to all of the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof� with the
<br /> appurtenances;
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above �described premises with the apnurtenance� unto the
<br /> said Laurence I,umbard and to his heirs and assigns forever; and the said first party
<br /> for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators does hereby covenant, promise
<br /> and agree to and with the said second party that he is laxfully the Trustee of and
<br /> under the Las't Will and Testament of said Elizabeth Doll, deceased, and of the Trust
<br /> therein created; that he is lakfully seized of said premises; that he has power to
<br /> eonvey as aforesaid and has in all respects acted in making thia conveyance in pur-
<br /> suance of the authority granted him in and by the said Last Will and Testa.ment of
<br /> said Elizabeth Doll� deceased� and that he has not made� done or suffered any act�
<br /> matter or thing whatsoever since he was lrustee as aforesaid whereby the above granted
<br /> premises or any part thereof are, shall or may be impeached� charged or enciunbered
<br /> in ar�y manner whatsoever.
