<br /> WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Assignment of
<br /> AgreemendContract executed by Thomas G Garrison and Barbara K Garrison, husband
<br /> and wife, to Union Bank and Trust Company, for the benefit of Union Bank and Trust �
<br /> Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 29, 1991, recorded on July 9, 1991, C
<br /> at the office of Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, Instrument No. 91-104347,
<br /> has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Release of
<br /> Assignment of Agreement/Contract be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
