<br /> paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto County of Hall, a political
<br /> subdivision of the State of Nebraska, of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, the
<br /> following described real estate situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> (1) An irre�ular tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br /> Quarter (SE4 SW4) of Section 12, Tawnship Eleven North (T 11 N), Range Nine West
<br /> (R 9 W) of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br /> as f ollows: Beginning at a point 330.2 feet East and 33.0 feet North of the
<br /> Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE-'4 SW4) of
<br /> Section 12 running thence East paral�e� with the South line af said Southeast
<br /> Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 152.0 feet, running thence North-
<br /> sasterly at an angle of 28° 35T left a distance of 236.6 feet, running thence
<br /> West Southwesterly a distance of 232.4 feet to a point which is 59.0 feet North
<br /> of the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE4 SW4),
<br /> running thence Southwesterly a distance of 148.6 feet to the point of beginning
<br /> containing .145 acres more or less.
