<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> • " - That I, Donald H. Weaver, of Grand Island, Nebraska., executor of the
<br /> -' `=Last Will-and Testament of Hattie C. Callahan, deceased, formerly Hattie
<br /> - 'Smith, `pursuant to the power conferred upon me as such executor by said
<br /> 'Will to sell the real estate of which she, the said Hattie C. Callahan, was
<br /> �=seized at the time of her death, in consideration of the sum of $8, 500. Od, to
<br /> m�e iTi}a.a;ttd paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
<br /> �bargain, sell and convey unto Jack C• Alexander and Neva M. Thompson,
<br /> Lot 10, Block 2, Axt & Hagge's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appur-
<br /> tenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto the said
<br /> Jack C. Alexander and Neva M. Thompson, and to their heirs and assigns
<br /> forever.
<br /> And I do hereby, in rny capacity as such executor, and pursu2nt to the
<br /> power conferred u�on me by said Will, covenant with the said Jack C.Alexander
<br /> and Neva M. Thompson, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
<br /> that I am, by virtue of the power aforesaid, lawfully seized of said premises
<br /> as such executor; and that said premises are free from all encumbrances, and
<br /> that I, in my ca�acity as such executor, have lawful. authority to sell the sarr_:e,
<br /> and I do hereby, in my official caPacity as such executor of said Will, covenant
<br /> and agree to warrant and deiend the said premises against the lawful claims of
<br /> all persons whomsoever.
