-� ' w. <br /> ADNIINISTRATOR'S DEED <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That in pursuance of an Order of the Hon. <br /> E. G. Kroger, Judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the <br /> 16th day of August, 1957, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction, <br /> in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that there- <br /> upon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale, as required by law, and <br /> at the time and place therein specified, after said sale had remained opened for <br /> one hour, sold said real estate at public auction to John A. Bixenmann of the <br /> County of Hali, State of Nebraska, for the sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred <br /> Dollars ($7,200.00), which selling price also inclvded the furniture in the <br /> various apartments on said real estate, he being the highest bidder therefore; <br /> that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Covrt, and <br /> by the Hon. E. G. Kroger, one of the Judges of the District Court of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, and by him, in all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed <br /> of conveyance to said premises to the purchaser. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I� G. L. Bastian� Administrator With Will Annexed of the <br /> Estate of Etta Miller, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the sum <br /> of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($7,200.00) so bid and paid by the said <br /> John A. Bixenmann, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by said Order and <br /> proceedings, do, by these presents, grant, sell and convey unto the said <br /> John A.
