ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That in pursuance of an Order of the Hon.
<br /> E. G. Kroger, Judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the
<br /> 30th day of July, 1957, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction,
<br /> in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that there-
<br /> upon I gave notice of the time and place of said sale, as required by law, and
<br /> at the time and place therein specified, after �said sale had remained opened for
<br /> one hour, sold said real estate at public auction to Claus A. Tagge of the
<br /> County of Hall, State of Nebraska, for the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
<br /> Dollars ($1,250.00), he�being tfie highest bidder therefore; that said sale was
<br /> thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court, and by the Hon. E. G.
<br /> K�oger, one of the Judges of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and by
<br /> him, in all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed of conveyance to
<br /> said premises to the purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Carl E. Stoeger, Administrator of the Estate of Topah A.
<br /> Hali, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the sum of One ?housand
<br /> Two Hundred Fifty Doliars ($1,250.00), so bid and paid by the said Claus A. Tagge,
<br /> and by virtue of the powers vested in me by said Order and proceedings, do, by
<br /> these presents, grant, sell and convey unto the said Claus A. Tagge and to his
<br /> heirs and assigns, the real estate described as followss
<br /> Lot Four (4) in Block Nine (9), Original
<br /> Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> with all hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
<br /> appertaining, to have and to hold unto him, the said Claus A. Tagge and to his
<br /> heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this �day of October, 1957.
