<br /> IQ�IOW ALL MEN BY :THESE PRESENTS: that, Elmer D. Stelk and Nola Stelk,
<br /> husband and wife; Elaine Collier and Robert 0. Collier, wife and hus-`
<br /> band; Dorothy Sievers, an unmarried woman; and, Silda Stelk, a widow,
<br /> in consideration of One Dollar in hand paid, and other valuable con-
<br /> sideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
<br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unvt EVELYN DIEKMAN the �following
<br /> de�cribed real estate, situated in the County of Hall, State of
<br /> Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land in the East Half of the Northeast �uarter (�
<br /> NE%) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br /> Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. , and more par-cicularly described as
<br /> follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of such Northeast
<br /> �uarter of Section 23, said point bein one thousand one hundred
<br /> sixteen and seven tenths feet (1116.7'� south of the northeast corner
<br /> of such Northeast Quarter; thence west at a right angle and running �
<br /> parallel to the north line of such Section 23, a distance of two hundred
<br /> thirty-three feet (233.0� ); thence south at right angles and running

<br /> by metes and bounds in the plat hereto attached, identified as Exhibit
<br /> "A" and made a part of this conveyance by reference. .
<br /> Together with all Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurt.enances to the
<br /> same belonging, and all the estate, title, dower, right of homestead,
<br /> right of lif e use, claim or demand whatsoever of the qrantors herein,
<br /> or any of them, in or to the same, or any part thereof.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto such Evelyn
<br /> Diekman, and to her heirs and assigns forever, and the grantors herein
<br /> for themselves, and their heirs, executors and administrators, do
<br /> covenant with the grantee Evelyn Diekman, and with her heirs and
<br /> assigns, tha± they are lawfully seized of such premises; that they
<br /> are free from encumbrance; and, that �rantors herein have good right
<br /> and lawful authority to sell the same; and, that the grantors Elmer D.
