<br /> I in Theresa Hostler, Frank Hostler, John H. Hostler, Mary 0'Brien,
<br /> i Dorothea Brunner, Ida SKallca, and Edward Hostler were Plaintiffs, and
<br /> �. Sadie Beyersdorf and Max Beyersdorf, her husband, and Anna Howell and
<br /> i� Ben Howe11, her husband, were Defendants, for the partition of the

<br /> the Referee announded the same sold, subject to the confirmation of the ''
<br /> !' Court, to Glen E. Wiese and Betty J. Wiese, husband and wife, as joint ij
<br /> �' tenants and not as tenants in common, for the sum of Thirteen Thousand ;;

<br /> for. And af terwards, on the 30th day of August, 1957, upon motion of i;
