<br /> 5anta Fe Railway Company's 100.0 foot wide right of way, being 50.0 feet wide on each side of said
<br /> Railway Company's Main Track centerline, as now located and constructed upon, over and across
<br /> the SE'/4 of Section 21, Township 12 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> lying between two lines drawn parallel with and distant, respectively, 50.4 feet and 100.0 feet
<br /> Northerly, as measured at right angles from said Main Track centerline, bounded on the East and
<br /> West by the East and West lines of said SE'/4, and containing 3.139 acres, more or less.
