Box 2280 � c v� �- n m� <br />Grand Island, NE 68802 � m 3 r� <br />�, r n <br />Kon-Exclusive Easement -°� �'� � � <br />NON-EXCL S � ` � j' <br />0 S 3 - w vv <br />The City of Wood River, Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation organized and existing under the <br />laws of the Sta.te of Nebraska for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged <br />does hereby grant and convey unto QWEST CORPORATION, a Colorado Corporation d/b/a: <br />CenturyLink QC (formerly known as QWEST CORPORATION SPIRIT OF SERVICE, US WEST <br />COMMUrTICATIONS, INC., and NORTHWESTERN BELL) whose principal o�ces are at 1801 <br />California Street, Suite 900, Denver, Colorado 80202, and its successors, assigns, a�Iiates, lessees, <br />licensees and agents, a Perpetual Non-Exclusive Easement and right to enter upon land of the Grantor, <br />legally described as follows: <br />Property described on atta.ched Exhibit "A" <br />for the putpose of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and rebuilding telecommunications <br />facilities including above ground pedestals and for the underground installation of electrical and gas <br />.facilities and other appurtena.nces from time to time as the Grantee may require to be located within the <br />10 foot wide easement area more particularly described on attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />The Grantor further conveys fo Grantee the rights of Ingress and Egress to and from the easement <br />area during periods of consixuction, maintenance, installation, repair and removal over and upon the <br />Grantor's land described herein, a.s may be necessary. <br />The Grantor may grant a Non-Exclusive Easement to other utilities to be located within the 10 <br />foot wide easement area described herein. <br />It is understood that all facilities installed on or below the described land at the Grantee's <br />expense shall remain the property of the Grantee removable at the option of the Grantee. <br />Grantor covenants to and with the Grantee that subject to existing easements, if any, for public <br />highways, or roads, railroads, laterals, pipelines and other electrical transmission or distribution lines, <br />Grantors are Iawfully seized and possessed of said lands, has good and lawful right to grant this easement <br />and that Grantor will forever warrant and defend the title to said easement and the quiet enjoyment <br />i.hereof againsi ihe lawFul claims and demands of a11 persons whomsoever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has c us this easement to be executed this �3rd day of <br />� ,�� r , 201 l, by its Mayor and au orize o�cial. <br />Greg C��mer, Mayor <br />c� <br />rv <br />O <br />�"�a <br />� <br />0 <br />ca <br />O <br />ca <br />rn <br />���� <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />
