Box 2280 � c v� �- n m� Grand Island, NE 68802 � m 3 r� �, r n Kon-Exclusive Easement -°� �'� � � NON-EXCL S � ` � j' 0 S 3 - w vv The City of Wood River, Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Sta.te of Nebraska for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby grant and convey unto QWEST CORPORATION, a Colorado Corporation d/b/a: CenturyLink QC (formerly known as QWEST CORPORATION SPIRIT OF SERVICE, US WEST COMMUrTICATIONS, INC., and NORTHWESTERN BELL) whose principal o�ces are at 1801 California Street, Suite 900, Denver, Colorado 80202, and its successors, assigns, a�Iiates, lessees, licensees and agents, a Perpetual Non-Exclusive Easement and right to enter upon land of the Grantor, legally described as follows: Property described on atta.ched Exhibit "A" for the putpose of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and rebuilding telecommunications facilities including above ground pedestals and for the underground installation of electrical and gas .facilities and other appurtena.nces from time to time as the Grantee may require to be located within the 10 foot wide easement area more particularly described on attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. The Grantor further conveys fo Grantee the rights of Ingress and Egress to and from the easement area during periods of consixuction, maintenance, installation, repair and removal over and upon the Grantor's land described herein, a.s may be necessary. The Grantor may grant a Non-Exclusive Easement to other utilities to be located within the 10 foot wide easement area described herein. It is understood that all facilities installed on or below the described land at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee removable at the option of the Grantee. Grantor covenants to and with the Grantee that subject to existing easements, if any, for public highways, or roads, railroads, laterals, pipelines and other electrical transmission or distribution lines, Grantors are Iawfully seized and possessed of said lands, has good and lawful right to grant this easement and that Grantor will forever warrant and defend the title to said easement and the quiet enjoyment i.hereof againsi ihe lawFul claims and demands of a11 persons whomsoever.
