OF THE NORMAN W. LAUTENSCHLAGER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1994, GRANTORS, in consideration of ONE HLJNDRED THOUSAND AND <br />NO/100 DOLLARS ($100,000.00) received from GRANTEE, DONIl'HAN ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, covey to GRANTEE the <br />following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV.
