<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, executed by Grand Island PH,
<br />Inc., a Nebraska Corporation as Trustor, for th� benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, successor Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, as a result of an
<br />acquisition and name change , as Beneficiary, dated as of June 7, 2002, and recorded on June 10, 2002,

<br />hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
