<br /> WHEREAS, AmFIRST BANK, National Association, A Neb��aska Corporation by and
<br /> through Joe�, iYs authorized officer, AmFirst Bank. National Association, as trustee
<br /> under the trust deed dated September 6, 1996, executed by Richard D. Busboom, and
<br /> Beckv R. Busboom, husband and wife, as trustor, in which AmFirst Bank. National
<br /> Association is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as
<br /> Instrument No. 96-107377 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br /> Nebraska, has received from AmFirst Bank, National Association, the beneficiary thereunder,
<br /> a written request to reconvey, reciting that sums secured by such trust deed have been paid
<br /> and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br /> undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br /> trust deed, the said corporation by and through iYs authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby
<br /> reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Richard D.
<br /> Busboom and Becky R. Busboom, husband and wife, the estate now held by it thereunder,
<br /> to-wit
<br /> LOT NINETEEN (19) IN WESTGATE SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
