<br />				WHEREAS,  the Hall Gounty Housing Authority is duly organized
<br />     		under Sections 19-1001 to 19-1 C22 Revised Statutes of Nebraska for 1954,
<br />     		and is authorized under Section 19-1008 (4) of said statutes to sell,  lease,
<br />     		exchange,  transfer,  assign,  pledge or dispose of any real or personal
<br />     		property or anyinteresttherein,  and
<br /> 				WHEREAS,  it appears that it is desirable and necessary to have a
<br />      		street opened along the south boundary line of the premises owned by the
<br />     		Hall Gounty Hausing Authority and the City of Grand Island has indicated
<br />      		a willingness to open a street along said boundary line if land is made
<br />      		available to the City of Grand Island for such purposes,
<br /> 				NOW THEREFORE,  BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commis-
<br />      		sianers of the Hail Gounty Housing Authority that the Chairman and Sec-
<br />      		retary of the Board be,  an� they nereby are,  authorized and directed to
<br />      		execute and deliver to the City of Grand Island a deed for the real estate
<br />      		described as follows:
<br />     			t�eginning at a point on the East - VVest quarter section line in
<br />     			Section Seventeen (17) Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine
<br />     			(9) West of the 6th P. M.  said point being 345 ieet west of the
<br />     			West S.;uarter corner of said Section Seventeen (17) which point
<br />     			is also the northeast corner of Lot 4,  Block 2,  Packer and 3arr's
<br />     			Addition to the City of Grand I�land,  Nebraska,  running thence
<br />     			west along said quarter section line 5�7. � feet to the southeast     --
<br />      			corner of Hospital Addition to the City oi Grand Island,  Nebraska,
<br />      			running thence north along the east line of said Hospital Addition
<br />      			80 feet,  running thence east on a line which is parallel to and 8u
<br />      			ieet north of said quarter secti6n 1ine,  607. 4 feet; running thence
<br />      			south 8v feet to the point of beginning,
<br />       		which deed shall be without warranty and shall provide that the land will
<br />       		be used for street purposes.
