<br /> �,�and'exis#ing under the laws of the 5tate of Nebraska, Sec. 19-i'vGi to 19-1022
<br /> - itevised Statutes of Nebraska for 1954, in consideration of the location and
<br /> establishment of a street on the premises hereinafter described, does hereby
<br /> � 'gr,a.iit, convey and quit claim to the City of Grand Island all the right, title and
<br /> interest which said Hall County Housing Authority may have in and to a tract
<br /> of land described as follows:
<br /> ' Beginning at a point on the East - West quarter section line in Section
<br /> Seventeen (17) Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) West of
<br /> the 6th P. M. said point being 345 feet west of the West ;:�uarter corner
<br /> of said Section Seventeen (17) which point is also the northeast corner
<br /> of Lot 4, Block 2, packer and Barr's Acidition to the City of Grand Is-
<br /> land, Nebraska, running thence west along said quarter section line
<br /> nG7. 4 feet to the southeast corner of Hospital Addition to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, running thence north along the east line of
<br /> said. Hospital Addition 8U feet, running thence east on a line which is
<br /> . parallel to and 80 feet north of said quarter section line, EiG7. 4 feet;
<br /> running thence south 80 feet to the point of beginning;�
<br /> PRO.VIDED that said land shall be used for street purposes only.
<br /> IN WITI�IESS WHEREOF, the Hall County Housing Authority, being duly
<br /> authorized by resolution of its Board of Commissioners, has caused this
<br /> deed to be signed by its Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and at-
<br /> `tested by its Secretary, and the seal of said Hail County Housing Authority
<br /> to be hereto affixed, and the said deed to be executed, acknowledged and de-
<br /> livered in its r.��me and behalf by its Chairman of the Board of Commission-

<br /> whose name is affixed to the above conveyance and acknowledged the execution
<br /> thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer and the voluntary act
