(7) No sod, earth, sand, gravel or trees shali be removed <br /> to the in�ury of the value or the appearance of any lot, and <br /> ' no unused building material, ,junk or rubbish shali be left <br /> exposed on such tract except on actual building operations <br /> thereon. <br /> (8) No worn out or discarded automobiles, raachinery or <br /> parts thereof shall be stored on such tract and no part of <br /> such tract shall be used for discarded auto�obiles machinery, <br /> junk piles or other storage of any kind of junk or waste material. <br /> (9) Any pubiic sidewalks erected upon such tract, if' and <br /> when constructed, shall be constructed along the iront curb <br /> l ine thereof. <br /> ( 1C) No earth pit toilet, outdoor toilet, or cesspool(s) <br /> shall be constructed, installed or �aintained or per�itted in , <br /> or upon such tract. �o foul waste water or reiuse or aarbage <br /> or sewerage of any kind shall be per�itted to be dis�ose� of <br /> in or upon the soil or sand of such tract. All seweraee shall <br /> be conducted through pipes or wnolly enciosed drains to an <br /> adequate and efficient septic tank syste� authorized and approved <br /> by the Department of Healtr of the State of Nebraska and no <br /> sueh septie tank syste� shall be placed ana located on such tract <br /> at any place other than authorized by the rules and regulations <br /> relating to public health issued by the Department of Health <br /> of the State of Nebraska for disposal of human excreta and <br /> domestic wastes. <br /> (11) No manuiacture of any sort, or storage of material, <br /> or aetivity of an ofiensive, d an�erous noxious or ordorous <br /> nature, and no business or trade, shall be permitted, operated <br /> or conducted upon any lot or lots or fraction of lot. <br /> ( 12) These couenants, restrictions and conditions are to <br /> run with the land and shail be binding upon all persons and <br /> all parties claiming ownership of said tract until 19 6j, <br /> at which time such covenants, restrictions and c onditions shall <br /> be automatically extended for successive periods of ten years <br /> unless changed or modified by a vote of the majority of the <br /> then owners of a�jacent tracts, in such N�`J2 - SW4, Section 21, <br /> T. lI, R. 9� including the erantors in the foregoing conveyance <br /> �� �� <br /> (E?:HIBIT A-2) �f <br />
