<br /> WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated October 20, 1997, executed by John William Lanzendorf r--- �
<br /> and Patti Renee Lanzendort, Husband and Wife, as Tnastor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, G
<br /> Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as document number �
<br /> 97-108903 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of October, 1997. e
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br /> undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranry, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br /> thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br /> PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated October 20, 1997, as document
<br /> number 97-108903 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as
