<br /> sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars, does hereby quit claim and convey
<br /> unto Bertha Pankratz of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, all
<br /> its right, title and interest of whatsoever nature, in and to the fol-
<br /> lowing described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State
<br /> of Nebraska, to-wits
<br /> A strip of land twenty feet in width, formerly a part
<br /> of Waugh Street, now vacated, more particularly des-
<br /> cribed as: Beginning at the southeast �Hinhland Park,
<br /> Thirteen (13), Block Twenty nine (29), g
<br /> an addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> running thence south on the prolongation of the east
<br /> line of said Lot 13, twenty feet; running thence west
<br /> parallel to the south line of said Lot 13, one hundred
<br /> forty feet; running thence north on the prolongation
<br /> of the west line of said Lot 13, twenty feet to the
<br /> southwest corner of said Lot 13, running thence east
<br /> along the south line of said Lot 13, one hundred forty
<br /> feet to the point of beginning, said tract being th.e
<br /> northerly twenty feet of Waugh Street lying ad3aYark
<br /> to the sou th line of Lot 13, Block 29, Highland ,
<br /> an addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
