Governing Law. This Second Deed of Trust shell be governed by and construed in accordance wkh the laws ot Zhe State of Nebraska. In the event that any p�ovision or clause o(any of the Loen Instniments conflicts wfth appl�able laws, such con(I�t shall not affect other provisions ot such Loen Instn�ments whkh can be given et(ect without the confltcting provision, and to this end the provisions ol the Loan Instruments are declared to be severable. The reckals in such reconveyance ot any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulness thereof. The grentee in any reconveyance may be descr�ed as "the person or persons legaly entkled thereto." 16. Notices. Whenever Benefkiary, Trustor or Trustee shall desire to give or serve any notice, demand, request or other communicatfon with respect to this Second Deed of Trust, each such not�e, demand, request or other commun�ation shall be in writing and shatl be eHective only tf the same is delivered by personal service or mailed by certHfed mail, postage prepaid, retum receipt requested, addressed to the address set forth at the beginning ot this Second Deed ot Trust.
