<br /> of Section 21, running thence northerly along and upon a line which is 33' West and par-
<br /> allel to said 1/16 section line, a distance of 110.9' , thence deflecting left 88 degrees
<br /> 54' and runn.ing westerly 39.17' to the intersection of the northerly line of Lot 1,
