<br /> (d) A certain franchise, being #4�, granted by the Village of Cairo, in Hali County, Nebraska,
<br /> unto Grand Island Electrie Compa.ny, its successors and assigns, approved �tarch 3rd, 1915,
<br /> granting the rigrit to use the streets, avenues, alleys, ways and public grounds in the Village
<br /> of Cairo, ln xall County, Nebraska, and to operate electric light and power syatem in said Villa�e.
