<br /> the said �aremises at pu��lic auction to Nebrast�a State I�uilding and Laan Association ( they
<br /> ueing the hi�hest and best bidder therefor) for the su�n of One Thousand Dollars, sueh sum being
<br /> more than two-thirds of the aprraised value of said premises, e�-hieh sale was afterv�rards at the
<br /> June Term of said �ourt, A.D.1913 examined and confirmec� and the said Gustav Sievers, as Sheriff
<br /> of said County, was ordered to execute a dead of said prer�ises to the said rtebraska State
<br /> , Building and Loan Asaociation. Now, Therefore, I the said Gustav Sievers, as Sheriff of
<br /> Hall County, Ne�raska, in pursuance of the order of said �ourt, as afoxesaid, in considerat3on
<br /> � r; �f the �remises� and by virtue of the powers in rre vested by law, do hereby give, granty and
<br /> convey unto the said Nebra�ka State Building and Loan Association� its successors and assigns
