<br /> Kno��v all Men by These Presents: That �Ihereas, in an action in the District :`
<br /> Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nei�raska, ��vitnin and for Hall Cc�unty, wherein ;�artin
<br /> a�oran cvas Flaintiff, and Eli Henderson� Nora E.Higgins and Henry Hig�ins, her husband were
<br /> Defendants, it was by said Court at the Sspternber Term thereof, A.D.19p1, to-wit, on the llth
<br /> ciay of September A,D.1901� conaidered, adju�ged, and c�ecreed that in default of the paymen� to �
<br /> tne Clerk of the District Court of th� costs of said action� and to the plaintiff the sum of

<br /> ises at public auction to Sadis Moxan ( she being the hi�hest and best bidder therefor) for the
<br /> sum of Two Hundred Seventgen and no/100 Dollars, such eum being more than two-thirds of the
<br /> a�anraised value nf said pre�nises, which sale �vas after�r�rards at the �deptemper Term of said Court
<br /> A.D. 1901 examined and confirmed, and the said S.N.Taylor, as Sheriff of said County, was ordereci f

<br /> of the order of said Court, made on the 31st c�ay o� December� 1912� in con�ideration of the pre-
<br /> n�ises, and by virtue of the powers in me vested by law, do nereby give, grant, and convey unto
<br /> the said Sadie Moran and assigns, the nremisea sold as aforesaid, to-wit : All of Lot Number
<br /> Eleven �11) in Hayman' s Subdivision �f the �fest Half of the Northwest aua�ter (�V� N.VP.-�) of
<br /> Section T-Nenty-five (�5) in Torvnsnip Elever (11) rlorth of Range Ten (lt�) �est of the oth Prin-
