<br /> Falldorf� Emila Timpke Ehlers, Henry Ehlers, Emma Timpke Parker, David I.Parker, Henrq Timpke,
<br /> . �ary Timpk�, Fred A.Timpke and Alice A.Timpke were p�aintiffs and Minnie Timpke Leonard, James
<br /> M.Leonard,Caroline Timpke Egge, Her:nan Egge, Otto Timpke and Coxa Timpke were defenciants� for
<br /> � the past.ition of the premises hereinafter described ( �tith other lands), the undersigned Referees
<br /> appointed by said Court to make partition of said real eatate� made report in writing, duly
<br /> signed, setting forth that partition of said lands could not be made without great �re�udice
<br /> ' to the owner� thereof� which report was duly azamined by said Court and said Court, being satis-
<br /> f ied therev,rith, conf irmed the same, ancl thereupon made an order and caused the same to be ent-

<br /> on the 18th day of November, 1912� at one o�clock P.M. of said day, and at the time and plaee
<br /> stated in said notice� and after said notice had been published ,for more than thirty daps, we
<br /> offered said land� for eale and sold the Southeast quarter af the Northwest quarte�and Lote
<br /> Two. (2), Three (3) and Four (4}� all in Section Eleven (11), Tawnship Ten (10), North of Range
<br /> ; Nine (9), �est, in Hall County, �lebraska, containing 144.35 acres, a litt le more or less, to
<br /> Henry Timpke for the sum of Sig Thousand Seven I�undred Eighty Four and 45/100 (�6, 784.45)
<br /> ' Dollars� he being the highest and best bidder therefor. Said lands being a �art af the
<br /> prem3ses included in said partition proceedings and same were sold at rublic auction after
<br /> keeping said sale open for more than one hour. And , afterwards� on the 2nd day of December
<br /> � 1912� said C�aurt approved and confirmed said sale anct, by an order, directed us� as gaid Refe-
<br /> reea, to execute to the said Henry Timpke a deed conveying said lands to him in fse simple.
<br /> NO�, TH�,R�FORE, �re, James H.�oolley and Ben�amin J.Cunningham, Referees, in consideration
<br /> of the premises and of the said sum of Si$ Thousand Seven Aundred Eighty Four and 45/100
<br /> (�6, 7�84.45 ) Dollars, so bid and paid by the �aid Henry Timpke, ancl by virtue of the powera
<br /> vested in ua by la�, do, by these presents, grant, sell and convey unto the said Henry Timpke
<br /> , and to his heirs and assi�ns, said real estate described as follows:
<br /> The Southeast quarter of tha Nor�hwest quarter and Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4)� all
<br /> in Section Eleven (11), Township Ten (10), North of Range Nine (9), �lest, in Hall County, Nebr-
