<br /> Upon -��hich the said Referee duly reported the said facts of said sale to the Court .
<br /> The Court bein�f auly advised in the premises� duly approved and confirmed said sale� and by an
<br /> ,! order duly made on Septem'aer 17, 1912, in said eause� directed the undersigned Referee to execute
<br /> �� to the said S.C.Huston a referse�s deed conneyin� the said lands to him in fee simple.
<br /> i�TO�t THEREFORE� I, H.E.Clifford, Referee, in consideration of the premises and in the sum of
