<br /> That �Phereas, in an action in the Di�trict Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska
<br /> within ana far Hall County, �herein Leroy 7�.ross is 3�xaintiff , and AlancPie Ty,Dunlap, D�ildred 1�.
<br /> �unlap and Leroy �l .ross, aclministrator of the estate of Frank Duniap, deceased, are Defendants
<br /> it �ras by said Court at the June Term thereof, A.D.1°11, to-vrit, on the 14th day of September
<br /> , A.D.1911� considerec� ad�udged, and decreed� that in default of the Payment to the Clerk of the
<br /> District Court of the cn�s$1 of said action, and to pay to �laintiff or Clerk of the District
<br /> Court the swn of �1, ?36.83 within twenty days from the date of such �udgment anc: decree, that the
<br /> equity of recismption of each and all of said defendants in and to the landa and �enements here-

<br /> of �all, sell tlie sairi Premises at pu'�lic auc tion to Leroy A .Goss ( he being the highest and bes�
<br /> t�idcisr tlierefor} for the sum of Thirteen Hundred and no/100 Dollars, such sum being more than
<br /> two-thirds vf the apprai�ed value of said ;aremises, �rhich sale tNasa�#,�a��wt��r�4� at the �arch Term
<br /> of said Court, A.D.1�12 examined and confirmec� and the said Gustav Sievers� as Sher3ff of said
<br /> ! County, was ordereci to execute a deed of said �re�ai�sea to the said Leroy �P.r3oss,
