Said Notice of Default was f_led for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br /> Hall County,Nebraska,on December 8,2010,as Instrument No.201�09123. <br /> A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice <br /> pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb.Rev. Stat. §76-1008. <br /> Subsequent thereto,beginning on J�ly 9,2011,Grantor caused to be published in The <br /> Grand Island Independent,a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County,Nebraska,a <br /> Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the <br /> described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or <br /> cashier's check,at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1 st&Locust Street, <br /> Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska at 2:00 p.m.on August 18,2011. Publication of such <br /> notice was made for five consecutive weeks on July 9,201 l,July 16,2011,July 23,201 l,July <br /> 30,20ll and August 6,2011,the last publication being at least ten(10)days but not more than <br /> thirty(30)days prior to the date of sale. <br /> A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties <br /> entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Neb.Rev.Stat. §76-1008. <br /> Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale,John B.McDermott,attorney for Grantor,did at <br /> the time and place mentioned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,offer said property for sale at <br /> public auction,and did sell the same to JP141organ Chase Bank,National Association,successor <br /> by merger to Chase Home Finance,LLC for the sum of$148,507.09,it being the highest bidder <br /> therefor. JPMorgan Chase Bank,National Association,successor by merger to Chase Home <br /> Finance,LLC has assigned all of its right,title and interest in such bid to Grantee. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the premises and of the sum of$148,507.09 so <br /> bid and paid as aforesaid,I,Grantor,do hereby grant and convey unto said Grantee,its <br /> successors and assigns forever,all the estatz,right,title and interest of which the said Mark S. <br /> CRU <br />
