<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed exe�uted by Ryan R. Rozendal and
<br />Bethany S. Rozendal, formally lrnown as Bethany S. Nelson, husband and wife,
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated July 12,
<br />2004, and recorded July 16, 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 200406999, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Four (4), in Pazk Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
