Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 <br />("Lender"1. <br />DEED OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 31, 2006 (the "Deed of Trust") <br />which has been recorded in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Errtered on November 9, 2006 in the Hall Register of Deeds Officer as InstrumenY # 0200610064. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in Hall County, <br />State of Nebraska: <br />See See Attached Exhibit "A", which is attached to this Modification and made a nf es if <br />fully set forth herein. � � _ � . ,. <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1705 N Englernan Rd, Grand Island, NE 68803�2810. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trustas-folloafs: -�-°°-_ �� -° "` ` <br />With terms agreed upon in note number 701244925 including but not limited to a new maturity date of November <br />06, 2016. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remein <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require <br />strict perFormance of the Deed of Trust as changed ebove nor obligate Lender to make any future moditications. <br />Nothing in this Modificetion shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by <br />the Deed of Trust (the "Note"1. It is the lntention of Lender to retain es liable all parties to the Deed of Trust end all <br />parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by <br />Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be released by virtue of this <br />Modification. If any person who signed the original Deed of Trust does not sign this Modification, then all persons <br />signing below acknowledge that this Modification is given conditionally, based on the representation to Lender thet the <br />non-signing person consents to the changes and provisions of this Modification or otherwise will not be released by it. <br />This waiver applies not only to any initial extension or modification, but also to aIl such subsequent actions. <br />TRUSTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST AND <br />TRUSTOR AGREES TO ITS TERMS.
