That the consideration for said deed was the full cancellation of debts, obligations, <br />costs, and charges evidenced by a Promissory Note dated July 25, 2007, in the original principal <br />amount of Seventy-Six Thousand Four Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($76,400.00) secured by a <br />Deed of Trust dated July 25, 2007, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on July 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 200706390; and such cancellation of <br />record by said Grantee-Beneficiary was made upon conveyance by Affiants pursuant to a past <br />and present belief that the aforesaid consideration therefore represents the fair value of the <br />property so deeded. <br />6. This Affidavit is made for the protection and benefit of the Grantee in said Special <br />Warranty Deed, its successors and assigns, and all other parties hereafter dealing with or who <br />may acquire an interest in the property herein described. <br />7.
