<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />PABLO CAMARGO and SHELIA R. CAMARGO, husband and wife, herein called the
<br />GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from
<br />GRANTORS to GRANTEE, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto COMPETITIVE
<br />MORTGAGE, INC, a Nebraska Corporation, herein called the GRANTEE, the following-
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Sixteen (16), Schimmer's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises, together with all the
<br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee and
<br />with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seised of such premises; that
<br />such premises are free from encumbrance, except real estate taxes and sums owing to Grantee;
<br />and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby
<br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons
<br />whomsoever. Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim, and interest in and to the above-
<br />described premises.
<br />This Special Warranty Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />conveyed said land to the Grantee for fair and adequa.te consideration, such consideration being
<br />satisfaction of obligations evidenced by that certain Promissory Note dated July 25, 2007, and
<br />secwed by a Deed of Trust filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on July 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 200706390.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made and that there aze no
<br />agreements, oral or written, other than this deed, between Grantors and Grantee with respect to
<br />said land.
