CAMARGO, husband and wife, herein called the <br />GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from <br />GRANTORS to GRANTEE, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto COMPETITIVE <br />MORTGAGE, INC, a Nebraska Corporation, herein called the GRANTEE, the following- <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Sixteen (16), Schimmer's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises, together with all the <br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to <br />Grantee's successors and assigns forever. Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee and <br />with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantors are lawfully seised of such premises; that <br />such premises are free from encumbrance, except real estate taxes and sums owing to Grantee; <br />and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby <br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whomsoever.
