<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Starostka
<br />Group Unlimited, Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated December 31, 2009, and
<br />recorded January 12, 2010, Instrument Number 0201000284, in the office of the Ha11 County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as co�rmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a11 the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but o�ly to such
