Scrub and treat all affected structural members and concrete. Areas to be remediated will be contained to prevent the spread of mold spores during the remediation. Establish negative pressure for the duration of remediation utilizing HEPA filtered air scrubbers to cleanse the air and trap airborne particulates. Properly remove all non-structural infected materials. Following removal of materials, all remaining substrates (studs, walls, floors) will be scrubbed and cleaned utilizing anti-microbial agents and HEPA vacuuming methods; followed by application of an anti-microbial agent and sealant. HVAC system will be treated and cleaned. The remediated area should be cleaned, swept, mopped and free from construction dust and debris. All removed debris and materials will be appropriately disposed in approved landfill, workers will have proper training and protective clothing. The effected areas will be fogged with anti-microbial solution to kill any residual airborne spores. We will use air scrubbers for 24-72 hours to de-contaminate and clean the air throughout the residence prior to testing. It is required that the property be quarantined during this treatment period. We will post "Do not enter", signs at all entrances. NO BUILD BACK INCLUDED. Air sampling will be conducted after the remediation is complete for verification, including spore trap samples on each floor and outdoors.
