Scrub and treat all affected <br />structural members and concrete. Areas to be remediated will be contained to prevent the spread of mold spores during <br />the remediation. Establish negative pressure for the duration of remediation utilizing HEPA filtered air scrubbers to <br />cleanse the air and trap airborne particulates. Properly remove all non-structural infected materials. Following removal of <br />materials, all remaining substrates (studs, walls, floors) will be scrubbed and cleaned utilizing anti-microbial agents and <br />HEPA vacuuming methods; followed by application of an anti-microbial agent and sealant. HVAC system will be treated <br />and cleaned. The remediated area should be cleaned, swept, mopped and free from construction dust and debris. All <br />removed debris and materials will be appropriately disposed in approved landfill, workers will have proper training and <br />protective clothing. The effected areas will be fogged with anti-microbial solution to kill any residual airborne spores. We <br />will use air scrubbers for 24-72 hours to de-contaminate and clean the air throughout the residence prior to testing. It is <br />required that the property be quarantined during this treatment period. We will post "Do not enter", signs at all entrances. <br />NO BUILD BACK INCLUDED. Air sampling will be conducted after the remediation is complete for verification, <br />including spore trap samples on each floor and outdoors.
