<br /> Re�ister of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, was given before the legal
<br /> notice setting forth the terms of thesale c�1 tiZe withiii described pro-
<br /> perty from the grantor to the grantee was published as by law required.
<br /> The grantor reserves unto itself, an easement over, along and acrosa
<br /> the premises herein conveyed, for such utilities as the grantor may now
<br /> . have erected thereor�� or for such utilities as may be hereafter required.
