<br /> KNOW ALL IV�N BY THESE PRESENTS: That, we, Deimar Mitchell, also
<br /> sometimes known as Delmer Mitchell, and Ruth Mitchell, his wife;
<br /> James Mitchell and Roma Mitchell, his wife; Blake Mitchell and
<br /> Berniece Mitchell, his wife, and Jean Sorensen, formerly Jean Mit-
<br /> chell, and E. Ray Sorensen, her husband, being the heirs at law and
<br /> devisees under the last will and testament of James A. Mitchell, de-
<br /> ceased, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br /> consideration, in hand paid do hereby grant, bargain, sell, conve y
<br /> and confirm unto Irvin P. Neves, of the County of Hall and State of
<br /> Nebraska, the following described real estate situated in Grand Island

<br /> 'IO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the
<br /> Tenements, Hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto
<br /> the said Irvin P. Meves and to his heiss and assigns forever. And we
<br /> do hereby covenant with the said Grantee and with hi.s heirs and assigns,
<br /> that we are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from �
<br /> encumbrance; that we have good riaht and lawful authority to sell the
<br /> same; and we do hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said
<br /> premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the
