<br />� d�b�a Geddes Funeral Home, were defendants for the partition of the
<br />� _ premises herei.nafter described, the undersigned Referee, appointed by
<br />' said court to make partition of said real estate, made report in writing,
<br />�;, duly signed, setting forth that partition of said land could not be
<br /> f� made without great prejudice to the owners thereof, which report wss
<br /> s duly ex�ined by said court, and said court being satisfied therewith,
<br />; aonfirmed the same, thereupon made an order and caused the s�e to he
<br /> entered, directing me, as said Referee, to sell said premises on the
<br /> following terms, to-wit; at public auction as upon execution at the
<br /> gaid premises, being bcated 1009 West Anna Street, in Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, the terms of sale bei.ng fifteen per cent cash and the
<br /> balance upon confirmation.
<br /> And in pursuance of said order I caused a notice to be published
<br /> in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in general
<br /> circulation in Hall County, that I Would offer said land for sale at the
<br /> premises being located at 1009 West Anna Street, in Grand Island, Hall
<br /> i County, Nebraska, the 29th day of July, 1955, at 2:00 Otclock P. M. of
<br /> said day, , and at the time and place stated in said notice, and after said
<br /> notice ha�} been published for more than thirty days, I offered said
<br /> lands; to-wit;
<br /> The Westerly Eighty-three (83) Feet of the Easterly Half
<br /> (E2) of Block Number Sizteen (16), of Windolphts Addition
<br /> Y to Grand Island, Nebraska, being a rectangular piece of .
<br /> ground having a Northerly frontage of Eighty-three (83)
<br />` Feet on Anna Street, and a depth of One Hundred Forty-Feet
<br />; (1�0) Feet off of the Westerly side of the Easterly Half
