said congregation, and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees

<br /> Trustees, to execute , ackno�ledge and del iver a deed of con-
<br /> veyance thereto upon payment of the sale price; that subsequent
<br /> thereto and at the regular meeting of the Sess3on of said
<br /> congregation held on Tuesday, June 23, 1953, said Session
<br /> granted its approval to the sale of said property on conditions
<br /> and for consider�.tions stated; that subsequent thereto and at
<br /> the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of said religious
<br /> corporation held on January 4, 1955, said Board of Trustees
<br /> authorized the Chairman of said Board to execute the deed of
<br /> transfer to the hereinafter described property; that a tr�.ne-
<br /> script of the minutes of ineetings of the congregation-corporat-
<br /> ion, the Session, and the Board of Trustees, is attached
<br /> hereto as an exhibit consisting of four pages, which transcript
<br /> is fully certif ied to lby the Clerk of the session, and by the
<br /> Clerk (Secretary) of the Board of Trustees , and the identity
<br /> and �osition of said persons is certified to by the �doderator
<br /> (President) of said Session and the Chairrr�an (President) of
<br /> said Board of Trustees, �vhich transcript is made a part of
<br /> this Deed by reference as though set forth in full herein.
<br /> That the parties of the First Pa�t for and in
<br /> consideration of the sum of SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100
<br /> DOLLAR3 (�65,000.00) in hand paid, receipt of all of which
<br /> is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these presents do
<br /> grant , convey and confirm unto the said Party of the Second
<br /> part , the following described property situated in the City
<br /> of Grand Island in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Six (6) arnl Seven (7) in Block 8ixty-four
<br /> (64) , in the Original Tovm, now City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described
<br /> together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
<br /> ances thereunto belonging unto the said M. M. BHAPIRO, his
<br /> heirs and assigns.
<br /> And the said Parties of the First Part , for themselves
