<br /> Adsrch, 1954, grant to the Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society an option to pur-
<br /> case. for the sum of $1.00, a portion of the real estate ovvned by said Housing
<br /> Atsthority and described in the option se "Approxirnately sin and sin-tenthe (6. 6)
<br /> acres loeated in tLe Southerly Portion of whst is kaown as Tract E of Broadwell
<br /> Courts area, Grand I�land, Nebraska, " to be used for hospital purposes only, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Lutheran Hospitals and Home� Society of America have
<br /> notifi�d said Hall Connty Houaing Authority that they desire to exercise their option
<br /> for the purcha�se of said land for the sum of �1. 00, and
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of eaid Hsll Couatq Housing Authority
<br /> deema the sale and transfer of said land to be in keeping with the publ�tc purposes of
<br /> said Houeing Authoritp an.d its agreement� with the Feder�]. Government at the time
<br /> of acquisftion of such real estate.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direetors of
<br /> the Hall County Housing Authority thst the Chairman aad Secretary-Treasurer of
<br /> the Board be and they hereby are authorized a.nd dfrected to execute and deliver
<br /> to the Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society of America, for the eum of•$1. 00,
<br /> a deed for the real estate described as:
<br /> A tract of land sftuated in the South one-half of the Northeast one-
<br /> quarter of Section Seveateen (17), Township Eleven (11j North,
<br /> Range i�t�ne (9) West of the bth P. M. Hall County, ATebraska
<br /> more particularly deacribed as follow�:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the East-West one-half section line thru said
<br /> Section 17 said poiat being located 952.4 feet �est of the quarter
<br /> section corner on the East line of �afd Section 17, ru.-ining thence
<br /> West along and upon the said East-West one-half aection line a
<br /> distanca of 648. 3 feet, rt�n*+L+�g thence North at an angla of 89°-01'
<br /> to the right a distance of 468. 0 feet, running thence East at a right
<br /> aagle a distance of 489. 3 feet. running thence Southeasterly at
<br /> an angle of 46°-38' to the right a distance of 220.6 feet. running
<br /> thence South-southea�t at an angle of ZO°-28' to the right a distance
<br /> of 20. 0 feet, running thence South at an angle of 23°-04' to the right
<br /> a distance of 299• 8 feet to the point of begianing and containing
<br /> 6.75 acre� more or less;
<br /> which deed ahall contain a restrictive covenunt requiring that said premises s��all
<br /> be used only for hoepital purposes and such other purposes aa may be normally
<br /> related ta the operation of a hospital, and that actusl construction of said hospital
<br /> shall commence within two years from March 12, 1955, aad that in the e�ent of se
<br /> violation of either of �aid restrictions, the title to aaid premises shall revert
<br /> back to the Hall Cownty Houeing Authority.
