QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL ABEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> That, the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation of the
<br /> County of Hall and State of Nebraska, for the consideration of the
<br /> sum of Five Hundred Dollars (�500.00) does hereby Quit Claim and
<br /> convey unto Christensens, Inc. , of the County of Hall and State
<br /> of Nebraska, all its right, title and interest of whatsoever
<br /> nature, in and to the following described real estate, situated
<br /> in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br /> v A tract of round commencing at the northeast corner of
<br /> Lot Four (4�, of "Rains First Addition" to the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as originallg platted,
<br /> and extending along the easterly line of said Lots Four
