DEID <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, <br /> desires to secure land for the purpose of extending Custer Avenue <br /> from the north line of. l3th Street to the south line of 16th Street <br /> and for the purpose of widening 16th Street from Taylor Avenue to <br /> Custer Avenue as extended, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Gran tors herein named have agreed to deed to the <br /> City of Grand Island the land for extending and widening said streets <br /> and the said City of Grand Island has agreed to sell and convey to <br /> the Grantors herein named in payment and exchange therefore, that <br /> part of Taylor Aaeriue lying betWeen the north line o.f 13th Str,eet <br /> and the south line of 16th Street vacated by Ordinance No. 3070 <br /> of said City of Grand Island. '— <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, �e, W� R. C�ingham and Balsa L.
